About Loro: Traductor de Voz
Loro translates what you hear and what you see, out loud. Speak in your language and the phone says it in the other; you can also type a sentence, split the screen for a face-to-face conversation, or point the camera at a sign. Speech recognition and translation run on the device with Apple's frameworks, so once a language is downloaded it works without a connection.
Subscriptions
The app offers an optional subscription. Cancelling, changing plan and requesting a refund are handled by Apple, not by us — we cannot do any of the three on your behalf. Open your Apple Account subscriptions to cancel or switch plans, and reportaproblem.apple.com to ask for a refund.
If you already paid on another device, use Restore Purchases — it is in the app's Settings and on the subscription screen.
Your data
What you create in the app stays on your device, and there are no accounts. The privacy policy explains the one thing that does leave it.
The app's Settings screen shows an anonymous identifier and a button to erase everything stored on the device. If you want us to delete a subscription record, send that identifier: without it we have no way to find which record is yours.
